By using this website you agree to these terms. Redland Ltd (trading as Redland) operates from 14 Church Lane, Bristol BS6 5TB and is regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (Pharmacy registration 1123456).
Use of this site
Content on this site is provided for general information about our services and does not replace personalised clinical advice. Always speak to a pharmacist or GP about your individual circumstances.
Bookings and appointments
Appointments booked online are subject to availability and may be confirmed by phone or email. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend. We may charge a no-show fee for some private services.
Prescriptions
NHS prescriptions are dispensed in accordance with the NHS Terms of Service. Private prescriptions are subject to our published price list – please ask in store or call us for a quote.
Payments and refunds
Payments for private services are taken at the time of booking or on the day. Refunds are issued in line with consumer law and our cancellation policy above.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by negligence or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
